News@ASOR is a bi-monthly e-newsletter tailored to the interests of ASOR members. The e-newsletter delivers updates on events in the field, organizational news, and highlights from the world of ASOR. Click here for past single article news items organized month by month. This e-newsletter replaced the previous . News@ASOR is supported by the generosity of the Kershaw Family Trust.
The goals of the e-newsletter are to:
- Disseminate organizational news
- Keep members updated about their membership status and
- Share upcoming deadlines such as ASOR fellowship application deadlines and Annual Meeting paper submission deadlines
- Encourage a sense of community among ASOR members
- Highlight the activities of ASOR’s committees
°Õ³ó±ðÌýASOR Newsletter print newsletter was replaced by e-newsletters. When it was being published, the ASOR Newsletter presented brief summaries of research work done under the auspices of ASOR and reports on the various activities of ASOR’s overseas centers in Amman, Jerusalem, and Nicosia. Issues also contained announcements of various scholarly seminars, the ASOR Annual Meeting, and fellowship opportunities. °Õ³ó±ðÌýNewsletter was published regularly, with approximately 16 pages per issue.
